✂️ Grooming Appointment No-Show & Cancellation Policy✂️
At Tails & Toe Beans, we strive to provide timely and professional grooming services for all of our clients and their pets. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone’s needs, we ask that you please adhere to the following guidelines:
Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled grooming appointment, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment.
No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged 100% of the grooming cost before a new appointment can be scheduled.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a $25 cancellation fee. This fee must be paid before a new appointment can be booked.
Rescheduling: After a no-show or late cancellation, you will need to pay any applicable fees before we can reschedule your appointment.
We value your business and appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and efficient grooming schedule for all of our clients.
✂️ Grooming Area Access Policy✂️
Per company policy, access to the grooming area is restricted to pets and our grooming staff only.
To ensure the safety and comfort of both our clients and employees, we kindly request that clients refrain from staying in the grooming room, except when dropping off or picking up their pet.
This policy is in place to protect the well-being of both the animals in our care and our grooming staff.
